Where do you ship to?
We deliver worldwide from our UK workshop.
How much does delivery cost?
UK delivery is a flat £6.99 per order, however many panels you buy. International delivery is calculated at checkout based on your country.
When will my order be sent?
Every order is made to order and dispatched within 3–4 working days. If we ever can't meet that, we'll contact you about the delay.
International duties & taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes.
Returns & cancellations
Standard catalogue panels (any design, size and finish listed on our site): you may cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving it under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. To be eligible for a refund, panels must be unused, unfitted and have the adhesive liner intact. Contact us at info@theupscalecollection.co.uk to arrange a return; return postage is at your cost, and we refund within 14 days of receiving the panels back.
Custom and bespoke orders (overlays cut to your measurements or a personalised specification): because these are made specifically for you, change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply once production has begun. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: if anything arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us and we will replace or refund it in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. A photo within 48 hours of delivery helps us resolve it quickly, but this does not limit your statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
